Manufacturing Engineer. What Tom is working on next is a first Homogenous Segment Steel Mold version
which will set the stage for next week’s testing and pressing with all four powdered materials.
The making of the steel molds was explored and developed last year.
It involved extensive research in proper steel selection, machining, tooling and tempering techniques.
It is now possible to expedite mold making with Tom’s experience and skills in the dedicated machine shop.
